Counseling + Coaching

Making socio-emotional learning accessible
I firmly believe the more we are in touch with our emotions the more we can positively influence our personal, social and societal narratives. It is my mission to influence communities with minimal insight to the benefits of mental health wellness. I help clients identify and understand their struggles with motivation or lack thereof. Together, we explore any existing psychosocial barriers hindering their path to success, form a plan and activate it. What you can expect from my coaching services is a complete evaluation of your current emotional quotient and the areas in need of improvement.  Specializing in: imposter syndrome, self sabotage and toxic family dynamics.  Sliding scale provided.
